A little more details into what happen yesterday...First time been into SHS. It looksl like an hosptial inside with the typical hosptial smell. Everyroom is designed such that it stimulate a hosptial setting, the corridor, etc. The room that we use is pretty clean. No shoes allow in the room.The menoquin has only half a body. Need to perform CPR on that lol. Luckily got one paper to put on the lips, if not to kiss that... Haha... I am the only guy in the group lol. We split into 2 groups ma. Miss Lai is our instructor (she is a nurse, and also ex-NYP too). She speaks fast lol. Not bad la. The practical. Just a bit anxious lol.Aseptic practical is a bit hard. As what Mr Peter Yap puts it, is a practical of unnatural movement. There are some way of holding the syringe, uncapping the needle in ways that you will never do it. And it takes some strengthen too. Play with the plastic ampoules containing water for injection (is cleaner than your drinking water). At the the prac, people rush to go and take those left over syringe and needles. I also took them too!!! but don't know for what reason... For fun? Haha...Today's CRM lesson is a bit draggy. By the time it reach half way, we are all losing our concentration. Miss Lai speaks too fast.. Haha.. Reminds me of Musnah... Got one stupid incident happen in ELP. There's a guy scolding vugalrities to the phone. Then got this crazy guy accused him of that person scolding vulgalrities to him. Very studpid la... The person say he demand an apology if not he call the lecturer something like that. Of course the person talking in the phone not happy lol. Then his friends calm him down, saying is just not his luck today that such thing happen.Anyway, such thins happen before. The crazy guy always threathen to tell the lecturer whatever. Once in the library, he actually call the librarian and told her that some people scold him. so much like a typical kid lol. Don't know why he is here even in the first place. Wonder does his parents bring him to a psychirist. Spology for poor spelling. HahaAsk Miss Ang about the test about some qn. Clarify some stuff with her. Feel a bit more relieve about the test.Still got work to do lol.. Sianz... That's all. Other time then blog.

Just have CPR practical just now. So long never do le. Always forget the steps. Haha. Later also practical. Earlier in the day also got practical for BDS. I did not do the patient counselling lol. Probably future sessions ba. Haha.Today will be practical overload.

Been worrying about my pharmacology test. Cause I discover even more mistakes. Die le la. Don't know whether can get an A anot...
Went to cut my hair. Quite satisfied with my hair now...Went to my cousin's wedding dinner on sunday night. Not a bad. Better than the previous one that I attended, where food is bad, little food and cheap service.Ok. Now Pfizer has discharge me. Means I don't have to fulfill the conditions. And I am free. But then I have consider to go to Pfizer to try it out. I have discuss this with my mum. She feels that it will be good for me to go there since it is a MNC. Well, even I have choose hospital, I don't really know whether I like the environment there. So might as well, try other things. Who knows I may like Pfizer environment. That's all. Gonna be a tiring day today.

Just finished my pharmacology test few hours ago. Ok la. Not a bad test. I shouldn't have study some topics yesterday night. They were not tested lol. Can do most of the question la. But then got a bit wrong. May be got trick by the question lol. Then got one more didn't really study that. Some question I wrote based on my own understanding. Think should be able to get an A ba.ANyway, met Miss Shailu yesterday at J8. DIdn't know she lived in bishan as well. she is currently doing fine at NUH. Haha.Btw, Miss S that I was talking about yesterday is not Miss Shailu.

I think I am a lazy bum. Was supposed to finished memorizing the rest of the unfinished lectures, but I did not finish. Till now, I still got one more lecture to go. I just can't seem to study in the school. Don't know. In case you guys do not know, I have a strange study habit. Whenever I need to memorize things, I need to walk as well. MEaning I am walking and memorizing at the same time. Strange, right? That's how I studied. Probably when I study in school and I start walking around, there were be eyes staring at me. Well, so how am I prepared for tomorrow test? Should be alright ba since I know most of the stuff le. But still need to recap what I have memorized so far. WHen I reach home later, I need to really memorize the remaining lecture and some additional stuff.Off to today. Lessons alright la, except you notice a lot of missing sheeps. Miss Loh taught quite fast. DD is abit bored. And can they stop putting the drug discovery process diagram in the lecture notes? Cause everytime the diagram appear, the lecturer explain it. Can you imagine we the explanation for the 6th time???And I a bit fed up with the part time lecturer, Miss S. She keep changing the time for her lesson. YOu see everytime the lesson is close by, something will happen and she will change the time. This round, she let us choose two days out of three days. Then we decided to choose monday and wednesday. Then she ask why not choose monday and tuesday? Then we got to lie if not she start complaining again. I think she should also take some responsible. SHe shouldn't be keeping changing the time. SHe should not just think of herself, but also about us. We also got our own appointments. Haiz. Well, let just see whether she will change the lesson again when the lesson draw near.One more important thing. I now in a dilemma. Should I go Pfizer anot. This issue might also be annoying some of you. The situation: I am being asked whether I am interested to go there. Duration: 24 weeks, job scope: QC. And is a good opporunity, is a MNC.I hoped that they can give me 12 weeks, but obviously it fail. They need to train me and by the time they finishing training me, I need to go. So they won't want. Afterall, they spend money and time to train me. You see the is a good chance, but a more important thing, whether I am INTERESTED. If I am not interested, I will not have the keen to learn. It will be bored for me for the 6 months. ANd when the person see I am sloppy, they think bad of NYP. So is a no good thing.Based what I want, I want to go hospital. But some people say hospital is not that a GREAT place. Imagine packing from 9 tp 5 everyday? ANd I need to ask myself a question, do I like INTERACTING with PATIENT? I think that's a very important question. If I do not like interacting, there is no point going to hospital.Haiz. What should I do? I need to reply by monday. Advice has already been given to me. Now is a matter of soul searching. Whether which place I prefer most and suit me most. I have to think whether I like to stand the whole day, packing, giving queue no, preparing medicine, interact with patient (including getting scold by them) OR I like to stay in lab, do QC test, preparing documents. I really need to think carefully. Is 6 months. If not I will regret my choice.That's enough. I should think of my tomorrow pharmacology test first. After the test then think about the Pfizer thing. I wanna get A for my tomorrow test!!!

Monday:PCM was alright. The lecture was about contraceptives and PMS in women. Well, can you imagine this lecture was held with pretty few guys in the class. Most thing can't be applied to us. Probably, when the gals in my class go PMS, there are 6 guys there for them to share and bite to relieve their PMS symptoms. Looking at the amount of things we need to study for pcm, it would probably make my brain burst. Brings me memories when I studied PCM I for common test...Pharmacology lecture was at LTR-2. First time been into this LT. It seems so nice lol and pretty new. I supposed this is the first time Miss Loh is teaching. Not bad la. The lecture was quite ok. Someone seem to be in a bad mood. That person did not even give a chance to answer. The whole conversion seems to only involved one person. And I somehow hate certain people in the class. Complaining about the schedule again. That person make this comment:"next sem don't need any time table la!"I feel like slapping this person. Firstly, you don't really need a time table next sem since you are going out for attachment and FYP. Secondly, do yoiu know who is making the changes to the time table? Sometime, is not my fault. It depends on lecturer and the venue that is available. Also, you have to think, sometimes I re-schedule the lesson is for your own benefit. Hello, I am not making the lesson end later le. I just make it earlier. Can you think you have a test on friday and you want to submit the tutorial on thursday? Of course you want to ask for a change. And when I change, you complain again. What the hell you want. Help you still want to complain.Haiz. Enough of lesson schedule. Just make me vex.Well, up to this point I am making this post. I have at least memorized 2/3 of the pharmacology lectures that are going to be test. I wonder whether I can still remember them when it comes to friday. Really alot to MEMORIZE!!! I felt how accomplished when I finishing anti-arrhythmic agents. Darm hard to memorize this topic lol. Still got about four more lectures to go. I must tell myself I can do it!!!Studying pharmacology up til now, I don't know how much drugs I have learnt (counting last sem as well). Sooner or later, my brain will just burst because overloading of drugs name, effects, etc. Sign. Studying pharmacology now is already hard for me. I wonder how will it be like if I study this subject in the uni...Guess I need to go and study my pharmacology... I must get an A!!!

Friday:
Lessons are alright. Time fly so fast. This is Miss Ang last lecture with us. As you know she is leaving, that's why she is teaching us this few weeks. A bit she bu de. How wish she can stay with us until we graduate.
Now I am wondering who is going to be our new mentor. We have two potential candidates:
1. Miss Loh Li Ling
2. Miss Lai Yoke Fang
Who goona be our new mentor? But we do hope Miss Yong can be our mentor!!! PLease Miss Yong!!! You can do it and be the first lecturer to mentor 2 classes!!!
Anway, I need to think fast whether I should go Pfizer anot. Friends and lecturer has advise me to go there for. Cause it can be a good experience (MNC, ok). And is not some local generic drug company. But I really need to know more before I make my choice. What will I do if I go there. Can possible ask me to make kopi ma. What if I regret? Haiz. And Pfizer efficiency is too "good". Takes a week to reply to email.
Oh ya. NAPFA test is getting near. The NAPFA test is planned by Mr Alvin Eun. Is should be after common test week. Which means 7 more weeks to NAPFA test!!! DIe le la. I can do 1 pull up only (and is the shorter bar). And I don't know how's my standing board jump and sit-and-reach so far... How to train to get silver in the remaining 7 weeks... Die le la...This weekend need to study for pharmacology test. A lot of things to study lol. 14 lectures leh. Somewhere around that time pharmacology exam (after minus some topics). This round got no mcq!!! Only 10 short qn. Yeh!!
I just simply hate MCQ. Cause qn is too tricky and sometimes, they just test things to the minute details that you won't even bother to study. As compared to sq and essay, the qn are usually straight forward. Is either you know or you don't know. But if you sutyd most of the things, it should be alright. Thus, short qn and eassy is more appropriate for me.

Wednesday:CRM test was ok. Got 2 mcq wrong already. Hope that won't be anymore wrong... I want to get my A... Next week test going to be more hardcore... Pharmacology... So much to study...Spend my break in ELP finishing up my tutorial. Watch SPiderman 3, using Malcom's com lol. Not bad. I quite like the black suite. So nice lol.Aspetic Dispensing was ok. The qoute from Mr Peter Yap:"Vomiting and Diarrhoea are the similar, except one is from the front, the other is from the back". Haha... I kept laughing about that... Haha...Thursday:Same old thing. Lessons were alright, except Law abit boring. Watch abit of 28 days later. Not really that nice and exciting.Resume not done yet. So many things I don't need to fill. Haha. Cause also nothing to say. Haha.Must finish my resume...

Monday:
I woke up and couldn't find my specs. And it was actually in the container soaked with soap.
Patient care was alright. Pharmaco was also ok except that the second half of the lecture was full of laughter. Probably because the lecture was on ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION. Haha...
Tuesday:
I can't help it but to say. You tell me that the container with the soap is being blow away by the strong winds. I wonder if you have saw it and you know there is strong wind, why didn't you kept the soap inside instead if leaving it there, when you know it will be blown off? Arhh...EBM was ok (it has been like that) Mua Haha... Went to library to study for CRM test. And I finally manage to study nearly everything. Mua Haha... Must get A for CRM test tomorrow... Can't imagine that I have stay in the library again for so long... Nearly 5 hours...And it seems strange. The school net is strange. Sometimes you can access ban website like youtube. I going to take advantage of it. Haha...Anyway, I think I may have to go to Pfizer for my attachment. They just reply to Miss Yong and they say they have a position for me in the lab. But the funny thing is that they actually ask me whether I am INTERESTED anot. I thought the contract has already stated that I need to go there for attachment and now they are asking me whether I want to go. Now I am caught in a situation. I actually hope that they have internal problems and as a result I do not have to go (ya, like my senior). OR I just go there based on the contract requirements. But the current situation is different. They actually ask me whether I am interested anot (hinting they are offering me a choice whether I want to go). But not to forget they have given me $4000. YOu see. I really don't think of going there. If I say I don't go, what would they think of me? They might think that I am only going for money and forgetting about the contract requirements. They might not even want to award me this year. Haiz... What should I do? I hope that they offer me to work in their research lab in SGH, I won't mind. Haha. And I also don't mind going there for 12 weeks and another place for the remaining 12 weeks (just give me hosptial/polyclinic). But whether this happens, I don't know. Haiz. Can someone offer me some brillant advice on what to do???Well. Let's not thing of this first. Tomorrow got test. Test more important. Later go home must recap what I have memorized just now if not scared I forget. Must get A for tomorrow test!!! ALL best to everyone studying!!!

Sunday:Just wish to hightlight one thing about what I experience in the library. There are some people are very inconsiderate when they are reading newspaper. There is a notice saying that readers are advised to read the papers for only 30 min. But there are actually some people who take their own sweet time to read the papers. I left the library at about 6.50 plus and came back at around 7.30. Is already more than 30 min. BUt then the same people are still reading the same paper!!! And worse still, they only read until 50% of the paper. I should roughly descibe how they read. They practically read from the first word in the first page to the last word of the last page. ANd they read practically everything whether is of concern to them like classified section (Or imagine a old man with very little hair left reading urban). It seems that they are so despo to read the papers and they do not have the money to buy those papers. They should be more considerate and read faster, and not take their own sweet time. They should remember that there are also others who wants to read the paper as well. If they really want to take their own sweet time, just go and buy their own papers.ALso, there are people who do not place the papers back. SO irritating when I want to read past papers and I cannot find it. Arhh...

Just to talk abit about yesterday school's internet system. As I mention yesterday, the internet was wierld. You can access any website you want. But after I watch finish Bleach, the whole thing shut down. You cannot access any websites other than the school's site. I think they realized that I was surfing other websites. I think what happen was that all the web pages must have been registed as personal pages to the school internet system, that's why can access any website that we want. I felt how lucky lol. Today pharmacy management system was ok. The lecture was quite fast. Miss Ang finish 3 lectures in 2 hours. Then the end of the day lol. Went to have lunch and then went to ELP to do tutorial.So surprised to know that Miss L** is married and she even has kids!!! Is so hard to imagine that...Ran 2.4 km today and then went to the gym afterwards. Was glue to the TV in the gym. Haha. Felt abit sorry lol. Cause they say don't want to run and because I say I want, that's why they join me. Arhh.... Next time, better not suggest too much things. Apologise to him later.Anyway, I found a new way of accessing internet in the school library. If you are deprived of com, not to worry. Those catalogue coms can also surf net, but you must know how to go about. Is quite easy. On the main page of the catalogue com, go NEW ARRIVAL, then a new window will appear. There is some links below. Click on one of the links and another window will open. This time the window that is open has a wen address box in it. So now you can start surfing the net!!! Haha. The only drawback is you cannot use microsoft office and there is no chair for you to sit. So you got to stand. haha WHen I am blogging now, I can actually using the catalogue com!!! Haha... Ok. This weekend must start study for CRM test!!! I must get an A!!!! All the best to those who are studying and to myself!!! haha!!!

Wednesday:Feeling much more better. Think going to recover 100% soon.CRm is only ok. Some of the things have been learnt in PCT. So is like revising them again lol. Next week got test. Need to study.Got a very long break. Did the pharmaco tutorial lol. Then also pei ziYi.Aspetic dispensing was fast. He finish the lecture in 45 min. It seems that Lecturers that have their surname start with C are leaving. Dr CHooi, Dr Chan and Miss Chan. Lol. WOnder why lecturers want to leave after teaching.Thursday:Comm skills was about resume. Quite useful. BDS was a little bit boring. About law again. Then we are also introduced to this new lecturer who is also in charge of the teaching pharmacy. Ya. He's the lecturer from Curtin that I was talking about. He's Mr Kelvin Tan. Surname also Tan... Haha.Slack during the break. 3 hours lol.Drug Development was abit bored. Mostly of the time he was just reading from the slides but with little explanation. But of course, there are some funny happen also la. He couldn't pronunce the common name for tamiflu. And so he just say don't know what. HahaHe doesn't seem to have any yuan fen with the projector. Firstly, halfway through the lecture, the screen suddenly move up itself. Then when he adjust back, the screen move again. lol. Then when he try to off it, usually, the lecturer just need to press the "ON" button to off it. He couldn't off it. He just does not have fate with the projector.The school internet is so wierld today. You can access to all the websites that it has banned, like friendster, youtube, crunchyroll, etc. So good lol. Hope this will continue. Haha

I have officially fallen SICK, the first time since 31 Aug 2004. Is been a while le (3 years lol!!!). I can feel that my whole body is so tired, outside feeling cold and inside is hot.I felt how accomplished when I reach LtQ-6. And I start to wonder who the hell plan the location of NYP. WHy can't it be next to the MRT station. Is so tiring to walk from home to mrt station, then how mrt station to school and once in school, walk to the end. Felt so accomplished.EBM lecture and tutorial was totally killing me. Not because I could not understand the lecture, but it was so cold and I couldn't take it. I was so relief when I was out in the sun. The sun was so refreshing.Panadol is so expensive. One capsule is alright, but if you are buying 10's of them, is not cheap. Took one panadol and felt better. Wanted to go to the gym, but then after few hours, the effect of panadol has wore off and I started feeling tired again. Felt so sorry to Weijie and Hui Min. They brought all their stuff le. Heading to gym this friday. Pray that I don't fall sick again.We discuss about our project lol since nothing to do. Then also chat with Miss Yong a while. Miss Yong is such a clever student when she was still on school. So envious lol.She told us about uni life. Wa seh, damn scary lol. Lecturers or Professors teach at the relative fast pace, that if you stop a while, you will be completely lost. Then there is negative marking in uni test/exam. Haiz... Uni so hard lol. DOn't know whether I can survive when I am in uni. Oh, there is a new pharmacist in NYP. Is a male pharmacist and he's also from curtin. Haha. Mr Tan's Junior... Haha

Koufu has open (the new food court that has taken over food junction). There are some new stores, but then the food is still abit ex. I ate sweet and sour pork rice and it cost me $3.20. Is not much of the price, but then is too little. Couldn't fill up my stomach.The year 1s are too much. People needs the seats to eat, but they occupied those seats not to eat, but to do their report. Arhg...Finally the cv pharmacology has ended. How relief it was. It so hard lol. But then I can't relaxed much. Pharmaco test is on week 6 and is going to test on cv. Must start revising already....I think I am going to collapse soon. HAving runny nose and a bit dizzy... Hope I can get well. Cause tomorrow going to the gym...I guess I am sick of the time table that I can have. Although I have been trying to make it conveninent for people, but people keep complaining. I give up. Just stick to the original time table. I am not going to entertain anymore changes. If you only need to come back to school for 1 hour, so be it. I going to wash my hands off this.I think I am collapsing soon...

Wednesday:Have EBM tutorial. 2 classes together. Need to bring your own chair. haha. CLinical Reseach management was abit boring. Well.. WHat to do? The thoery by nature is boring.Thursday:Basic dispensing skills was bit boring, since we will studying law. Lol. Drug Development was still alright. But the lecturer need to teach more better. Friday:Is like a lecture day. Morning lecture, afternoon lecture and night lecture. All the lectures will quite alright. I think I am going to die from pharmacology. Is getting harder and harder, and my lecture notes is pilling up. Die... Haiz.Went to Malcom house there to eat dinner. Guess what we eat? Roti Prata... Obviously, it was not full. WEnt to his house. So messy lol. They need a woman to clean up the house.SO hungry that I got cook noodles to my stomach full.
