Finally, I have finished my most difficult paper!!! Immunology!!! So that means I only 1 more paper to go!!!Yesterday I was like no mood to study for immunology lol. Was worry that whether antigen processing was going to be tested... Then in the end, it did tested. I got to like think of the diagram and "translate" it into words lol. Haha. The time was not enough. 120 min for 5 essays. After 1h, I only managed to finish 2 qn lol. Then the remaining hour, I was like rushing. There was only 1 qn where I did not even need to think lol. The rest I was like squeezing my brain juice, thinking of how to answer them. Then got 1 qn I like almost give up. Cause totally really didn't know how to do it. This is probably the paper other than Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology, that I use up don't know how many pages of the exams booklet and spend until the last min of the paper.I now worry if there are any small things that I have left out lol. Essays qn are the ones that are easy to lose marks. DOn't think can get an A for this exam paper (so hard lol), but I hope after the 60% and this exam marks combination, I can still get an A for immunology.Really admire my seniors. They got an easy paper for immunology lol. 10 sq, all so straight forward qn. Ours? 5 essays, 4 application, need to think before answer lol. The hardest immunology paper in NYP History...
Think I can rest for today le. Then tomorrow then start studying for medical microbiology. Haha.One more paper to go...

Just finished my pharmacology a while ago. Spent two days studying this module. Study until brain burst lol. Haha. I only focus on the short qn and the essay qn, which means the mcq got to guess alot.I manage to do most of the short qn and mcq. FOr the short qn, got some don't know lol. Like what are the risk factors of cataract. Then Mr Tan set one question that I totally expect it to come out. It was a qn from the first microbial lecture. I did not study the lecture lol. SO I got to answer based on some of what I know and bull shit a little bit.SOme of the qn that I spot did came out, like TB rifampicin, HMG-CoA, anaphylactic shock. Good for me lol. FOr the mcq, I only know how to 9 qn. Then the rest got to guess lol. Luckily for me, most of the mcq I guess were correct. Haha. Damn lucky lol.WHen I was doing the Dr Leung's qn, I realized that what he say was important, all came out. I was like, I should have study those he say. I wasn't sure, because that time, he say, he think that they were important. So I couldn't be sure if I just study those. Now we have another lecturer that give tips like Michael, bring in the exams qn and say which are important. HahaTomorrow paper is Immunology. IMO, this is the harder paper lol. 5 qn, choose 5. 1 memorize and 4 application qn. Don't know whether can handle all the qn lol. Must chiong immunology later in the afternoon, make sure that I understand every single thing in the lecture notes.So 2 more papers to go!!!

Already finish two fo my papers for the exams.Pharmaceutics: Quite an easy paper for me. Most of the questions I could do, except 4 mcq and 1 short qn. Got to say I am a bit lucky, I actually anyhow guess correctly 3 mcq. Haha. As for the short qn, I didn't expect it to come on. That qn was set by Miss Ang. Mr Tan gave us wrong information lol. He say no short qn from nasal/pulmonary, only got mcq. Then suddenly got one short qn from these topics. Of course, I didn't study that topic lol, That's why can't do it. A lot of questions I spot didn't come out lol. By the end of the paper, only two person remain behind, Debra and me. lol. Anyway, it was a exam venue that I went. It's on blockE, ablive north canteen.Marketing: Another ok paper for me. The mcq was quite alright except that some of them is a bit tricky. FOr the structure, I did one of the questions that most people didn't did. Guess most people did not do because the last part was 10 marks and not easy to do. I wanted to do the first question, but in the end, I chose not to. Since I have already done most of the second question, I might as well finish it and write rubbish for the 1 marks qn. Think can get an A for the module. But I hope that I can get an Distinction.WHen to look for Mr Jay after the paper, he return me the medical microbiology presenation grade, got an A lol. After that we went to have lunch. Then went to library to study. Actually didn't want to study in school lol, because I know I definitely cannot study in school. SO I force myself to just read through. But then I spend most of the time gossiping with Terence and Yi Ting. Got to say ziYi is something, he can still study despite us gossiping there. Haha. ALso hope all the best to his exams.I am having Pharmacology on monday. Damn heavy lol. No tips lol. So many things to study. Guess I will be skipping topics again. More focus on those topics that are coming out for short qn and essay qn. Still got 3 more papers to go!!! Good luck to those taking exams now!!!

CNY Day 1 (18 Feb):Went to my grandma place in the afternoon. Then wait for other relatives to come. Collected hong bao lol. Then at night, play majong with my aunties. Got to say, I am damn unlucky. Lost around $10. DId win a few rounds, but then those win will little and they was lost also. This is the first time that I have lost so much in majong lol. But I rather have the bad luck now then have bad luck when taking my exams. Collected about $226 from hong bao so far.... Can recoup the money I bought from clothes... Haha...CNY Day 2 (19 Feb):As boring as usual. Brought my lecture notes to grandma place to study. But then my eyes were glued to the TV screen. So you can guess that I did not study the whole day lol... Every chinese new year is the same, day 2 is not like day 1, where there are many people. Day 2 is just like any normal sat family gathering.Got to start study for exams tomorrow...

Burn myself with clothes yesterday. Went to bugis with Eric to buy new year clothes. Spent $109 for clothes anmd they are just the tops, not including the bottom. Got to say I am a complete newbie to shopping. After I bought my clothes, I still felt like buying, but then I do not have much money left, so I just went around window shopping lol. Bought myself a jacket, white long sleeve and 3 shirts. I can't imagine they can actually mount up to $109. I usually don't spend so much on clothes. Got to bluff my mother that I spend about $60 plus on clothes. If I tell her the real cost, guess she would probably kill me.Think I getting my shoes later in the afternoon. Also need to spend some time revising my stuff. Exams next week. Haha...3 days to CHinese New Year... Haha...

Finish another module for today. Finally, clinical trials is over. Got to say I didn't do that well for the test. In the end, I still choose to skip topics when I was studying even though I know this was the last time I am studying this module and I need to do this to get a good grade. But still I choose to skip.
I managed to get at least 61 marks from the questions that I could answer. The rest of the qn, I was just bullshiting. Haha. Some of the questions that she asked were not from the lecture notes. Some felt that it was very unfair lol. Imagine you study so hard and then some of the answers cannot be found in the lecture notes. Mr Tan say something very funny, since I have secured at least 60 marks, the rest of the the 40 marks qn, all I have to do is just bullshit and then get half of the marks. This total up to 20 marks and I can get an A!!! Haha
I hope that I can get an A for this module, if not a B+.
Got to say this module totally sucks. The things inside is so dry lol. Even when you want to memorize it, is also so hard to memorize it lol. The lecture also a bit boring lol. The coming year 2 DPS students good lol. If they choose Pharmaceutical track, they don't need to study this boring module. But then, good luck to MB students, they have to take this module. Haha. But who knows, maybe Miss Chian can deliver a good and interesing lecture. Haha. If youstill do not know, Miss CHerine Tan is teaching this module next year, is Miss CHia who will be teaching.
I actually forgot to post something interesing yesterday about what happen during the practical test. I was doing the practical test, then suddenly I saw Hui Min laughing. Then I turned back to see what happen. I saw someone talking. ANd it was Malcom who was talking. He was using the PHONE!!!. OMG!!! He actually answer a call during a practical test!? And then Miss Yong was still beside him and he continue to use it. OMG. Nothing to say at all.
I wanna change my phone. I got a $60 voucher from M1. But then I don't know what phone to change. I want to find one phone that is around $60 with plan, but there seem to be none. And also, I scared I apply the plan, then at the end of the year, no incoming call. Then how? What should I do??

Finish my skills test today!!! This means I have 6 more modules to clear.
Today skills practical test was still not too bad. I was asked to prepare to make a cream. Of course, this means I got to use a glass stab. Haha. This time I am more careful in handling the glass stab. Didn't really expect the emulsion calculations to be tested. At first, all I could remember was the 4:2:1 ratio thing. Didn't know which one is for the oil or water. Then I was also wondering what was the last ingredient. Luckily I checked with Hui Min and I got it correct. Haha. Think can get an A for this test le, and this will lead me to get an A for this module.
After lunch, went to Shereen's house downstairs void deck. Sat there with Yi Ting, SOon Aik and Nadirah. We went there just to see Jaime's lecture notes whether got write anything in his notes. YOu know la, the clinical trials, so much things to study lol. Must look for things to focus. Haha.
I have only finished studying the back part of the lecture notes and the 13 principles things. Still got a lot to go. I must rush tonight and tomorrow morning. Even though I know this is the last test for clinical trial and I need to do well plus I tell myself I need to study no matter what. But then I still couldn't force myself to study so much lol. This is the problem I have everytime when it comes to studying lol, especially those that requires memorizing. Haiz. How? I scared later I skipped some topics and then she tested them. Then don't know how many marks going to fly away. What should I do? Want to memorize the whole thing but then I can't force myself to do it. What should I do... Haiz...

Came back to school today for immunology lessons. AK actually made a comment about our class, that our class is one that only know how to memorize and but not application. He illustrate this comment through our report and some questions he asked during the revision tutorial. Although I hate to admit it, but then I think this is very true. Probably unless it is chemistry, I pobably have problems understanding and applying concepts in other subjects. Got to say maybe our class is driven to memorizing by pharmacology. Haha.
Finally, all my projects have been completed. At least can rest a bit, but then exams coming soon. Just this week alone, I have 2 tests, skills practical test and clinical trials test.
The clinical trial so much things to study lol. And the hints she give is like no hints at all, except the 13 principles and the don't know what flow chart. Don't know how to get an A for this test lol. I have not even start studying for this test yet.
I feel like going shopping this weekend lol Buy clothes and shoes. But then who is going to accompany me??? WHO CAN ACCOMPANY ME???
I really need a complete makeover for myself. And then my hair, it seems a bit long, think I going to the salon to cut my hair next week. People think I am mad lol Just cut hair last week and next week I am going to cut again. No choice ma, the hair like not nice. That's why I feel like cutting.

So fast, the semester coming to end already, which means exams coming soon. I got to say some modules revision is like not useful at all.
Marketing:
OMG. 2 semester works are actually being tested. So much things to study lol and the paper is actually after pharmaceutics paper. They should just only test on this semester work lol.
Medical Microbiology:
AK, Mr Tan and Vanaja tips were useful. As for the Mr Tay, the revision was like wasting of time. No tips were give at all lol.
Pharmaceutics:
I thought Mr Tan was going to give us tips for the exams lol. But then, it turned out, he only tell us the no. of questions that are going to come out from which topics. FOr eg, topic A has 2 mcq and 1 short qn like that. Again, the tips is like no tips. HE is a bit strange lol. SOmetimes, he can be so generous in giving tips, but there also times he is so conserve in giving tips.
SO much things to study for exams. Then the exams after CNY lol. WOnder who plan the exams timetable? I feel like strangling the person. Somemore, so many things to memorize especially, pharmacology (3 thick lecture notes lol!!!) and pharmaceutics. They should give more tips as to pinpoint which part in a particular topic is more important lol rather than just stating what topic is coming out in which qn.
Anyway, I did the module survey. Was like about to die from doing it. The whole thing was so slow lol!!! The worst was immunology, after I clicked the submit the button, the whole thing load for about 15 minutes!!! Then there is one qn in the immunology survey, Did you enjoy your 2 weeks break? I was like what the... Obviously the answer would be NO right!!! I wonder why AK put this qn. Then there are some people who went to open don't know how many windows. Hello, the whole system is already lagging like turtoise, then they go and open so many windows, aren't they going to make the whole situation worse? Don't know what was going through their mind.
Finally, I got a peaceful saturday, not disturbed by any other things. Probably after this coming week, I am going to buy my new stuff like shoes, bag (damn those zips in my current bag) and clothes!!! Haha. I think I going to have a big burn in my pocket.
I also need to style my hair!!! My current hair is like don't know what... Must style my hair to look better... Who can teach me???

Finally it is over!!! I have finished my last presentation, which is marketing!!! Now all that is left is the report, which can be easily completed, and I will then officially complete all my project!!!
Then today I got pharmacology revision. Got to say it wasn’t much of a help. Not many tips were actually given. When I thought of how much that I need to study for pharmacology exams, I feel like fainting. Can you imagine studying 3 thick lecture notes for exams? Can they are not those understanding type. They are all those that need to be memorize one. Haiz. Why is pharmacology like that…
Then we heard from Henry about his research in NYP so far, he managed to get a compound, which has anti-microbial property. Properly, I think Dr Xu will be very happy, cause his project finally has some new finding after for so long. Haha Then he talk about the contamination thing. SO funny lol. Haha
After that, ziyi brought me to a salon for a haircut. Suppose to have a new haircut, to have a new me after those busy weeks. Wanted to create a new form for me. But then, after the haircut, I lost all the mood. It was not the style I wanted. What can I do? Is already cut. Nothing much I can do except to whine about it. The last time I went to salon to cut, and then it was like no change. Then I waited for about a month for the hair to grow so that I can cut a new hairstyle. And now, I am back to square one again. Got to wait again. Please… Can my hair grow longer before the Chinese new year? I really want to have a hair change… Now no mood to do other things lol. No mood to buy new clothes, shoes, bag… How to… it just doesn’t match…
Guess I am fated to be like that. As the saying goes, once bitten, twice shy. Now I really wonder whether I should go out and have haircut? Or should I just stay at home and have a simple haircut? But I really want to change my hairstyle… How…
