Reach school at nine for medical microbiology lecture. After that got immunology lecture. After that it was marketing lecture. A lot of people skip the lecture to study for the pharmaceutics test.
The pharmaceutics test was not bad. Mr Tan give the tip for the first short question after we all sat down with our bags away from us. So late then give the tip lol. Then for the second short question, luckily I study that part last night. If not, die le. Don't think can get an A le... 6 mcq wrong. Two marks each. To get A, must score 40 out of 50. SO can only have 5 mcq wrong. The worst was that, one of the mcq, I shade the correct answer. Then I hesitated. During the last two min, I changed the answer. If that mcq I got it correct, I would have gotten an A. But then is ok, I still got a strong B+. 2marks when converted to 20% doesn't make a big difference.
After the test and lecture, went for skills practical. The worst part of today's practical was that I actually broke a beaker. The second time I broke an apparatus and first time in NYP. The first time was during secondary school days. Shereen passed all the apparatus that needed to use hexane to wash. Then I spent so much time washing them. Everybody was like doing their report and I was still washing the apparatus. The worst part was that, I wash the beaker until so bek chey, then I accidently broke it. OMG. Waste of my time washing the beaker. After this practical, I understand why the beaker sometimes is so dirty. People who use it and when they need to use hexane to clean it, they do a poor job. As a result, the beaker is so dirty and you can't use water to wash it.
After the practical, I head to the library to use the comupter to do my immunology report and then went home after that.

Reach school at nine for immunology lecture. After that, I went to ELP to use the computer. Wanted to go the level 5 discussion room to study pharmaceutics test , but then occupied by Hui Min and Weijie. SO got to find a spot where nobody can find me to study. IN the end, I choose outside the lift at level 6 in the opposite end. Study until about twelve plus there. Then suddenly got some senior there. I think they must be wondering why is there a guy here taking a lecture notes and studying. Think that I am mad. Then very embarrassed lol. Quickly left. But then I choose to stay in the same spot except it was level 5.
After finishing studying, I went in the level corridor to use the lift on the other side to go down. 0503 got class with William How. Then I quickly walked so that he will not notice that I did not have my lanyard on.
At one, went for pharmacology lecture. One was taken by Miss Yong and the other taken by Miss Ang. It's been a long time Miss Ang took us for lecture. Not bore at all lol.
After that, I went to the library to use the computer and also study for my pharmaceutics. Lol. The content very dry lol. Even more dry than pharmacology. SO hard to memorize lol. DIe le lol. DOn't know whether can get an A anot. I think I will skip some topics lol like manufacturing of tablets or capsules. Don't think he will test on this. Must also pray he not going to test on particle size. SO ultra dry lol. If he test, then die le lol. The test is 20% lol. But at least Mr Tan did help us in a little bit by saying his short questions come out before a certain lecture. But then, what about the MCQs? The MCQs are 40 marks and the short questions are only 10 marks. Just for the 10 marks I got to memorize like hell. Now already so much to study. Come common test or exam, I don't know how.
How good if this module is taken by Michael. He will definitely give us tips and his tips are damn freaking good. He will just ask you what to study for mcq and short question. You don't even have to study the whole thing. How I wish Mr Tan will also do this... But I know he will never do this...
Tonight must chiong pharmaceutics. Must ensure that I know everything and
OF COURSE MUST GET AN A!!!

Went to school at ten for pharmacology lecture. 21 people excluding me arrive at about ten. The information to start lesson at ten doesn't seem to pass to everybody in the class. Some argue that I did not relay the information as a result some of them didn't know it. I have actually posted in the class blog early so that everyone can take a look. Thus, I do not have to relay. Then some people read the blog then miss out the point. They can actually read from the third lone instead of the first line (the first line is the info where tells them lessons start at ten).
Then some of them like not happy that I changed to the lesson to ten as why not I changed to eleven. If I could change to eleven, why not? Can they think for themselves why? Of course it got to do with the lecturer. Miss Yong can't make it at eleven. That's why its changed to ten.
After that, we went to the library to finish up our pharmaceutics report. At one, I went for medical microbiology. The lecture was fast. It was about bird flu. Went to the library to continue our pharmaceutics report.
Feel a bit of gulit to Mr Tan. DIdn't tell him to cancel the tutorial we suppose to have. Cause we have not finished the tutorial and it is supposed to be due next week. That's why we have to shift this tutorial. And then I forgot to make an arrangement with him. I think he went to the room and see none of us there. Feel a bit bad. Anyway, we chat through the phone for tem min about the arrangement of lessons. Can you ever imagine chatting with him through the phone for ten min?
At about five, went to submit the report and then I head back to the library to use the computer. Left school at about seven thirty.
Reach home, Saw my father in good mood. But then I know this is going to be a short one...

Went to school today to discuss project with Yu Sheng and gang. Went to the library to do so. Discuss about our marketing and immunology project. We split ourselves into two groups. One did marketing and the other did immunology.
Halfway throught the discussion, ziYi came to find me. Then I was like discussing with them and at the same time, accompanying ziYi. I don't know whether my group mates will unhappy about it. I apologise to you guys if you are reading this.
After that, they went for a break. I continue to accompany ziYi until his lecture starts. I stay in the library with Yu Sheng until seven plus when I then went home.
Didn't do much stuff like tutorial or report. Also didn't study much for pharmaceutics test. Die le....

Morning I went to my grandma place to use the computer. Need to use the net to search for information to do my report and tutorial.
The whole afternoon I spent my time doing my pharmacology tutorial and a bit of my immunology lab report. Didn’t spend anytime studying for my pharmaceutics test. Die le lol. So many things to study. Don’t whether can get an A anot.
At about six plus, I went to take a stroll around neighbourhood. The library com sucks. Don’t know why the speed is slow after they upgrade their system. I think they downgrade the system lol.
At night, ziYi called me to help him in his biostatistics tutorial questions cause he got biostatistics test tomorrow.
This week is going to be a busy week lol. Need to submit quite a number of stuff, and then still got test plus need to discuss project. The worse part is we have not even start our medical microbiology project. Need to start on it soon.

Went to grandma place in the morning to use the computer. Then in the afternoon, watch full metal alchemist and do pharmaceutics report. Damn sianz lol. The report like the same as the last one lol.
After that, went to the neighbourhood to take a scroll. At night, I went to my grandma place to have my dinner. Then use Dennis's computer to continue doing my report.
Have not touch pharmaceutics yet lol. Got so much stuff to memorize. DOn't whether can get an A anot. Haiz. Tomorrow must study for the test already. Also got other reports and tutorials to do. Not forgetting I also have project. Damn tiring lol.

Today's pharmaceutics damn boring. Again doing the same thing like the past few weeks. And then the results also somehow wrong. Then Mr Tan say he going to get the results from our seniors. And if he cannot get, he give us an experiment to do. His pre-university experiment. To think he still keeps his university stuff til now (ten years already lol). After that, went for clinical trials. The first timeI answer a question in the quiz. Today's lecture seems not lively as the past lecture.
After that, I went to ELp to finish up on my pharmacology tutorial. The mouse that I used was bit a siao. Very hard to control. Don't know why the mouse in ELP's com always got problem. Saw Alvin in the admin office. Been such a long time since I last saw him.
After that, I head to the library. Saw Javier in the library. Also went to check my common test time. Got 2 tests on one of the days lol. Pharmacology and marketing. Sianz lol.
Went home at seven. Have my lunch and then went to Bugis. Lost to that foreign guy again. Next time must pwn him. Reach home at about twelve. My father is still in bad mood (even though he was already asleep.) DOn't know must endure this for how long.

Reach school at nine for medica microbiology lecture. At eleven, we got a guest speaker for marketing lecture. Quite a good speaker. I wonder why doesn't SCL employ such marketing lecturers for us.
At one, went for pharmaceutics lecture. AS usual, it was boring. Mr Tan's lecture, what do you expect. After that, went for skills practical. Quite a easy and fast practical today except that I stayed in the lab until six.
After that, I went to the library to a bit of the marketing project.

Went to tekong as NE trip today.
At first, I thought Tekong was going to be like a torn down island. But then when I reached there, it looks more like a resort to me. There are buildings around. And when I walked around the island, I feel as if I was in mainland. Got four polytechnics attended. Most of them were from NP.
The first programme was listen to a briefing in the auditorium. Damn sianz and stuffy lol. Then, we went to the IMT station (is that what is call). They allow us to try some shooting stuff. I didn't try. Don't know why lol. After that, we head to the bunks. Looks like the one when I used to go camping lol. Then head to recreation room. The aircon like not working one lol.
After that, we head to the see the personal equipment. Surprising that they actually make all your clothes to your measurement and even the swimming trunk lol. Miss Ang a bit unlucky lol. Her handphone dropped onto the towel bowl...
After the personal equipment showcase, we went to the multi-purpose hall to view some stuff. View the MK 16, how the soldiers camouflage and the food rations.
One strange thing, they say no shorts or skirts, but then I see people wearing them. They say need to turk in the shirt. Nobody did that lol. No cameras allow and I see people taking pictures.
Left Tekong at five and reach back mainland at five ten. The expo toilent needs some upgrading lol. Went to bugis with Yu SHeng, Soon aik and Zhu Zhe. Wanted to eat with them but then my mother has already cooked. Then when I reached home, my mother told me that I should have told her earlier and she will not cook. Cause she was also very busy on the day.
At night, my father came back. Of course, he was in bad mood lol. ANyhow throwing things away. I have nothing to say lol. It's been happening everytime.

Reach school at nine plus. Help to arrange the chairs and tables for the test. Overall, the test was alright. I already lost eight marks lol. Don't know can get an A anot. The adverse effects for vancomycin I wrote wrongly and some mcq wrong. Haiz.
Then at eleven, got marketing tutorial. Suppose to present what we have done so fat. But then, it seems none of the group have not anything yet. Then in the end, we end up discussing for our project.
At one, got medical microbiology lecture. Not a bad lecture except that we are learning about HIV again. The lecturer, Miss Vanaja, keeps saying "right" at the end of the sentence. So funny lol.
At three, got pharmacology lecture. Damn sianz lol. ABout anti-viral drugs lol. Lucky the lecture end only one hour. After that, got pharmacology tutorial. Got back my tutorial, one C and one A. A bit bad lol. The tutorial also quite sianz lol.
After the tutorial, I went to the library to use the computer. After that I went home.
I only realize that one of the window glass panel in my room is missing. DOn't know what happen to it and I don't bother to ask. Got to check to my bed whether there is any small bits of glass if not I will get poke by it at night when I sleep...

Study pharmacology in the morning. The rain is a bit mad today. Keep stopping and then continue. I was like bascially bringing out and keeping the clothes lol. SO troublesome.
Reach school at four for medical microbiology practical. Damn sianz lol. Just examining the slides and the slides are "not reliable" by Mr Jay. So bascilly I did not look any slide lol.
Then I went to the library to revise a bit of pharmacology with Yi Ting before helping Hui Yee to do her microbiology B e quiz. Lol. She got 98. Impressive right? Haha. The quiz not that hard.
Reach home at eight. Study pharmacology a bit before going to sleep.

Was supposed to meet Hui Yee in school to help her do e quiz. But then I did not meet her cause there is still no e quiz in her CMS. Because of that, I could sleep longer. Damn tired lol since I slept late night. If not, I got to wake up at nine. Went to grandma place in the morning to use the computer. Finally, I have watched finished the Death Note movie. Not bad actually. Looking forward to the second movie. Also watch bleach anime.
Then at one, I went to buy lunch for my mother and me. After that, I slack until four whereby I watch Full Metal Alchemists. After that, I went to do my medical microbiology report. Need to pass it to Shereen soon for her to edit. Also, edited a bit of pharmaceutics report. Redoing it for Mr Tan (hope can get a better grade).
At about seven, I out to the neighbourhood to take a stroll. After that, I went to my grandma place for dinner. Then use Dennis's computer.

Reach school at ten to discuss immunology project with Yu Sheng and gang. Then I also purchased my pharmacology lecture notes for week 7 to 9. So expensive lol, it costs $4.30 and is about ¾ the size of my current pharmacology notes. So much stuff to memorize. Haiz. Then at eleven, I went for pharmaceutics practical. I got back my pharmaceutics report. Got a C+ for it. Luckily report is only 10% of the whole module weightage. Mr Tan said no this point, deduct marks. My report lack of many points, that’s why deduct so many marks. Then we worry for our group report on paracetamol. Cause Yu Sheng’s first report didn’t do well. Our group report follow closely to his first report. Then we asked Mr Tan to allow us to redo the report. Must do a bit better lol.
The practical a bit bored. Same as last week. We finished our part and then we went to continue to discuss our immunology project. At two, I went for clinical trials lecture. Again, Mr Tan lol. I have been seeing him for like don’t know how many times. Wednesday, saw him for 3 hours of pharmacology lecture. Then Thursday, see him for 2 hours of pharmaceutics lecture and then today, see him again for practical and lecture. Damn sianz. Luckily his lecture today is quite fast. He finished it within an hour. It seems that only 3 classes appeared for the lecture lol. Don’t know where did Shi Kiat’s class gone to.
After the lecture, we went to meet Ak for the immunology project. It was supposed to take about 5 to 10 minutes, but then it turned out to be 20 to 30 minutes. After that, we decided to change our idea for the immunology project. Immediately, we thought of a new idea and we went back to AK to tell him about out idea. He’s okay with the project and we decided to continue in this way.
After that, I went to library. Supposed to help Hui yee with her microbiology B e quiz. But then don’t know what happen, there was no e quiz in the CMS. If you are wondering why she is doing again, is because people complain that some of the questions the students did not learn before. That’s why William How decided to restart the quiz again. But then we waited until about 6.45 and there was still no available of the e quiz. So Hui Yee decided to meet me again tomorrow to help her with her e quiz.
Went home after that. Today was supposed to be a alumi gathering for GYSS students. But then I did not attend. My close friends were not going. So no point for me to go. Took my dinner and I head to bugis as usual. On the way, I sms Zhen Jie asking him how was his ‘A’ levels and then he said it was not that good. I hope him all the best for his results. Also, I hoped he will enjoy his trip to China and hope that he is also safe.
Finally, I get to play against HKW. This time round I can win him (using Cassandra) and I will continue to pwn him. Haha. Saw Wen Long. Quite a long time since I last saw him. Also saw Aheda. Didn’t really spend much. About $2 only. Leave bugis at about 11.30 and reach home at about twelve…

Met Javier at the MRT station. Then we went to school together. Chat on the way to school. Today's medical microbiology was taken by a new lecturer, Miss Vanaja. Quite a nice lady. Can see that she is trying to make the lecture live. She does know how to make jokes. After that, got immunology lecture. This is Miss Lee's last lecture wiht us. Then we got marketing lecture. Quite boring.
After that, I went to look for Tee Khan to get Zhi Rong's google. I forgot that Zhi ROng does not wear specs. So I couldn't use his googles (his googles is meant for people who do not wear specs). I went to ELP to use the computer for a while. Then went for lunch.
After lunch, I went for Pharmaceutics Lecture. FInally, both the labtop and the projector was working probably. But then, on the next door, there was marketing lecture (for the year 3s) and their projector couldn't work probably. Mr Tan gave us hints for his part on pharmacology test. His hints are like completely useless. Is like, you must know the mechanism of action, the adverse effects, some examples. He did not specifiy which one. Might as well learn the whole thing. As usual, his pharmaceutics lecture was boring.
After that, I went for skills practical. The first preparation I made took me a long time. Cause I did not have enough and I got to keep scraping the beaker. Forgot to tell you, I was making a cream (forgot what is it use for). Then when I made the other preparation, it just took me a short time. This time, I was making a cream for acne. Then at six, we were ask to leave the lab. I went to south canteen to finish my skills report. WHen I want to see my watch for the time, I realized that my match was not with me. I went back to the lab straight to find it but I couldn't find it. Luckily, it was with Miss Ang. Also, ziYi came to find me and he had his dinner there as well. He got CCA (german club) at seven.
WHen everything was settled, I went to submit everything to Miss Ang and I went to the libary to use the computer. After that, I went home.

Met onto Mr Michael (again lol) when I was going home yesterday. We chat about the modules again. One of the qn he ask me was how do I memorize the pharmacology stuff when it is so hard to memorize.
Reach school at nine today for immunology lecture. Again the lecture was taken by Miss Lee. Today's lecture quite fast. End at about 9.40. Then I went to ELP to finish up my pharmacology tutorial.
At ten, I went for pharmacology lecture. 3 hours of pharmacology lecture straight (of course got break in between). All the lecture is like about the same except it was about different thing like bacteria, fungal, parasite, etc. A bit boring. But then, got one good news, Mr Tan going to give us hints for the upcoming pharmacology test!!! yay!!!
At one, I went for lunch. I was very hungry then but I do not have the appetite to eat. Nearly vomited. Then I went to help Hui Yee with her microbiology B e quiz. Managed to get 80 marks for the first. Luckily, got Malcom's help for the calculation qn. But then we got 78 for the second attempt.
Went to the sports hall at six. Play a bit of badminton until six thirty cause somebody book the court. Then Yu Sheng and the rest went to the gym while I stay outside the gym. Went to the library at seven and then went home...

Reach school at nine for pharmacology lecture. Actually I can move the lecture to a later slot, since Q517 is occupied by us for 3 hours. Miss Yong thought that all the tutorial rooms are fully booked and thus cannot have the lecture at eleven.
At ten thirty, went to the lab to inspect our plate. After that, I head to ELp to do some stuff. At one, went for medical microbiology lecture. Ak's last medical microbiology to us. Then I saw a guy, I think he should be the part time lecturer from IMCB.
After the lecture, I head to ELP to meet ziYi. Then stay there do a bit of studying. At five, I went to the library to use the computer.

Monday:Slacking the whole morning until eleven. Just flip through the notes of antibiotics instead of memorizing them. So lazy lol. Just don’t have the mood to study lol. Then do my pharmacology tutorial which is expected to hand in on Wednesday.
Lol. Yesterday it did not rain and then today, it rained until so heavy in the early afternoon (twelve plus). Then at one, memorize a bit of stuff for pharmacology.
Went to school at about two plus. Soon Aik say he already in school and he is lonely. WEnt to ELP to find him. Surprise to find that zone N can print stuff for free, so I printed the marketing notes. After that, I went for medical microbiology practical. The lab manual no procedure, but then we done the practical before. I brought my microbiology A lab manual along since it got the procedure.
After that, went to finish up pharmaceutics report. Finish it until quite late. Then I left school at about seven plus. Luckily my mother has already eaten something before I bought the chicken rice. Or else, she probably scold me again for coming home late.

Went to grandma place in the morning to watch Death Note movie. It’s available in youtube, but then is in Chinese subtitles. If you are wondering why the movie is available in youtube, basically, in Japan, they broadcast the movie in the tv. Then some people go and record it down and circulate around the Internet. Then a group of people will download it and then do subtitling. They will then re-circulate around the Internet. And then someone will upload the movie to youtube. That’s how it became available. Of course, it will not be so clear, but clear enough to see the subtitles and the face. I only watched the first 80 minutes of the movie lol (it’s separated into 11 parts) since I need to go off at one plus. So far, the story is about the same as where the anime has stopped. I stopped at the part where the fiancé of the deceased FBI agent approaching Light. I brought my umbrella along and it did not rain…
Went home at one plus, took my lunch and then start revising for my pharmacology test. Got a lot of stuff to study, so must start revising early. Finish revising pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Probably revise antibiotics tomorrow.
Then at six plus, went to take a stroll around the neighbourhood (again lol). Met Jovian and Wen Gan on the way. Then I accompany Wen Gan to go Han Yong’s place to return his PS2 controller. Heard Raymus play B3 as well. As expected, he always go for top tier characters like Chad.
Reach home at seven plus, eat, bath, watch tv, sleep…

Went to grandma place in the morning to use the computer. Watch bleach and do my medical microbiology report. Then when I was about to go home, it suddenly rained heavily and I waited for half an hour before I left. But then even after 30 minutes, the rain was not getting smaller and I decided to take an umbrella and go home. I ended up getting drenched even with an umbrella. So you can imagine how heavy the rain was.
Took my lunch and went to NTUC to help grandma buy sardine fish and my mother eggs. Catholic boys are clever. They stationed themselves outside of the NTUC and approach anyone to buy flags lol…
Went home then at four, watch Full Metal Alchemists. After that, I went to pass the sardine fish to my grandma place and I went home after that to do some work.
At about six plus, I went to take a stroll around the neighourhood before heading to my grandma place and have my dinner. Use Dennis’s computer to watch Death note anime.
Went home at about eleven plus…
Wanted to study but then still got other works to do. Probably, I will have to really start studying tomorrow.

Reach school at eleven for pharmaceutics practical. Only got one lesson today. Cause don’t have immunology practical (shift to week 14) and no clinical trials lecture in afternoon. Mr Tan introduced a new lecturer to us. She is Miss Lin (forgot her name).
The practical was damn sianz lol. It is basically like what we have did for the past two weeks lol. Our group was to do take an amoxicillin (an antibiotics) capsule, place it in a beaker with regular stirring and take samples at certain time and take the sample to take absorbance readings. Imagine you got to take sample at 5, 10, 15, 20, 40, 60, 90 minutes? We are like sitting there doing nothing while waiting to take the sample lol.
Never mind about the waiting. The worst part is you got negative results. And I spent about half an hour with the lecturer trying to figure what was problem. In the end, the problem was caused by the cuvette (is a thing to hold the sample). Then the whole practical was aborted due to this problem and we got to do the whole experiment next week again (meaning no results for this week experiment). If this was going to happen, might as well don’t come school today. But the funny part was we still got to come back school to submit our immunology report.
One interesting thing happened during the time of the practical. It was spotted by Yu Sheng and he told Soon Aik and me about it. But then I was actually figuring why we got inconsistent results and I actually missed the thing.
It was basically a NYP version of the brokeback mountain. It took place in the stairs. Yu Sheng saw two guys together. Then one of the guy was sitting on the other guy’s lap. Then when Soon Aik learnt about it and went there to see, the two guys were basically hugging each other and he supposed they were going to kiss each other. When I rushed to the stairs (by giving excuse I was going to the toilent), the gay couple was gone.
After the practical, went to have our lunch with Yu Sheng and gang plus Geraldine and Michelle. I asked Wilson to join us but then he decided not to. After our lunch, we went to discuss our marketing project and we consult Miss Tan.
After the discussion, I went to the library to do my medical microbiology report. At about five, went with Yu Sheng and Soon aik to have a drink. Then we headed back to the library. Borrow a reference textbook home.
On the way to the MRT station, I saw a familiar person and decided to look who he was. He was actually Mr Michael. Then he was also taking the same train with me. So we had a short conversion (5 min lol). I told him about I stayed in Bishan and we chat about how convenience it was (very boring right). Then he also asked me about the modules I am taking and how was immunology so far. After that, say good bye to him and I went home.
Took a bath and have my dinner before heading to bugis. Play a few games of soul calibur. Lost to Vinci lol. Vinci was totally own by Taxi’s Cassandra lol. This sparks me to use Cassandra lol… hehe… Going to scrub Cassandra… Haha… Accompany Jovian and Farp for their “supper”. Then head back to the arcade and I saw the match between Vinci and Taxi. At first, I thought Vinci was still using Taki and he was losing. Then I realized, it was the other way round. Vinci was using Cassandra. Well… this further sparks me to scrub Cassandra. Before I went off, play a game with other players (including this uncle) and won ten rounds (finally after I played SC3 for sometime). The uncle is very rich. Keep playing even he is losing. But then, he keeps using the same technique and Jovian felt he was too boring and he could never learn how to play the game even he was to train the game at home.
On the way to the MRT station, I saw Eric and his darling. Don’t want to go and say hi to him since he is with his darling but I sms him instead.

Reach school at nine for medical microbiology lecture. After that, follow by immunology lecture (again deliver by Miss Lee Wan Yee). After immunology, got another marketing lecture.
Have my lunch at twelve plus and then I head for pharmaceutics lecture. Again, there was problems in the lecture. Apparently, there was no projector available for use. The other projector available was spolit. So, I endure the lecture without projector.
After the lecture, went for skills practical. During the practical, got some school teachers came in and watch (they are here for laboratary workshop). Then got one teacher ask whether the preparations we made can be drink... The answer is pretty obvious... You can't... Ivy Li got a cut in her hand... This reminds me when I got a cut from the machine during D&T workshop when I was in secondary 1... Anyway, I left the lab at about 6.40 pm.
Help Miss Ang to carry the books and I went to the library to use the computer. Left school at seven plus.

Reach school at nine for immunogy lecture. Today's lecture was taken by Miss Lee Wan Yee. Lol. Her first time taking a lecture. Hmm... Not a very good lecture. Certain parts of the lecture, she was reading from a peice of paper to explain certain things. A good lecturer should be able to deliver a presentation without the need of paper, the paper should be there to aid her and not use it. When she is reading it, you can probably imagine there are many people trying to copy what she is saying.
She's like an old university lecturer. A lecturer will stand there and then take a peice of paper which is so brown (a paper which students regard it as so holy) and then start reading and there are many copying what the lecturer is saying. That's basically what she's doing for some parts of the lecture. I think that she should take us for lecture for one week instead of two weeks.
After the lecture, I went to ELP to discuss marketing project with Yu Sheng and gang. Yi Ting is so immersed in doing the National Starch project while I prefer to do the NYP Pharmacy project.
At twelve thirty, I went to the microbiology lab to check our plates. Lol. I read shereen's blog earlier and she's basically unhappy about me lol I don't blame her for thinking that way. It's basically my fault and I won't defend myself. Cause it is a fact that she's been doing the stuff and I did not do anything lol. Probably from now, I should start to do more of the stuff lol.
At one, went for pharmacology lecture. Halfway through the lecture during the ten minutes break, I went out to have my lunch. One of the very few times that Mr Tan ended his lecture early. Usually he will take the whole schdule time for his lecture. After the lecture, accompany ZHu Zhe and Yi ting to the carpark. They were going to the newwater plant for the NE activity. If I knew 0503 was going, I probably will also go.
After that, went to ELP to do my tutorial and lab report. Then at about six, I went to library to use the computer cause ELP close at about six.

Reach school nine. Suppose to start the lesson at nine. But ended starting the lesson at about 9.25. Everytime, Mr Tan use the projector and the laptop, there will always be something wrong. The first pharmaceutics lecture, the projector spoilt. Then we got nothing to see. Then the second pharmaceutics lecture, the labtop something wrong. It was so lag. Then the third time, there was no projector availabe. Today, he restart the computer. And the computer is slow. It will take a while to start the computer again. But then, everything was ok. The powerpoint was not lagging and the projector was fine.
Then at ten, we were supposed to have marketing tutorial. But then Miss Tan forgotten about it. She thought today's tutorial was cancelled. Then we searched for her. Call her office phone but nobody answer. It was until I called Mr Jay (since they are in the same office) then Miss Tan knew about it. Nothing much about the tutorial except briefing of our marketing project.
The project is somewhat like our communication skills project. Do a report and then a presentation. The report is a marketing plan. Basically we are attached to a company and we are supposed to develop a marketing plan for that particular company. After that, then we do a presentation (must wear formal clothing lol) about the plan. Lol. I hate presentation, remember how I did poorly for communication skills project presentation. Then some marks come from peer evaluation. We are supposed to honestly evaluate our peers (excellen, very good, good, etc). Based on the sample report I read (my seniors report), they all put excellent. A ver "honest" evaluation indeed...
At one, went for medical microbiology lecture. The lecture started late. The year ones was having lesson until one twenty. That's why we started late. After the lecture was over, I went for my lunch. Then went to discuss about our immunology project. Got one bad news for medical microbiology lecture. For week 13 to 15 (I think so), we got to attend the lecture at night from 7 pm to 9 pm. Cause he say they hire a part time lecturer from Insititute of Molecular and Cell biology (IMCB) to teach us. lol.
During the time, I went to collect some stuff from Miss Tan. Don't what happen to gmail. It seems to be quite slow in receiving files. Miss Tan was supposed to send me about the marketing project stuff. At first, she only send to Shereen. Then she could not send to her and she sent to me instead. But then she got my email wrong. SO she send again. But then it seems I never receive it lol.
After the discussion, went to ELP to print some stuff (hehe...). Then head to libary to use the computer to do my personal stuff... Left school at 6.50
Went to buy chicken rice. I will never go to S-11 to buy chicken rice again. SO expensive lol. Kim Seng leng sell one plate at $2.50 while S-11 sold it at $3 lo. I seem to be very cheapskate lol. But then Kim Seng Leng one is more delicious lol...

It’s currently week 4 of semester 2 and about 6 weeks since I got back my last semester results. Whenever I heard of other people grades, I just can’t help comparing it to my own results and then I will feel very bad of my results. I will feel why didn’t I bother to give my best shot.
Remember when I first got back my first semester in year 1, I got a GPA of 3.600. I got 1 Distinction, 3As, 1B+, 1B and 1C+. When I first look at it, I was quite happy about it. Not a bad result afterall (I got one C+ lol). However, when I knew of others’ result, I feel that I myself have not done my best. Let’s take microbiology A for example. This module was not a relatively hard module, IF, you bother to go and memorize. But I did not, as a result, just pass two tests and fail one practical test. If I have not memorized for my exams, I probably would have to repeat this module.
Then come year semester two. This was a hard semester as compared to my previous semester but of course, not as hard as current semester. When I got back my results, I was so surprise by it. I did not expect to get such results. I aim for a B/B+ for cell biology and biochemistry but in the end, I got A for both of them. I did not expect a distinction for biostatistics and also did not expect a B+ for microbiology B (despite the fact that microbiology A was easier than microbiology B). GPA at that time was 3.769. Even when I learn of others’ results, I did not feel bad after all. Since I got improve from my last semester. My only regret was that why I didn’t do well for microbiology B e-quiz (they are opened book quiz and still I did poorly for them). If I had done well, probably I would have gotten an A.
Come my second year semester one. This was a really tough semester. Imagine having two modules of credits of 7 and two modules of credits 6. I tried to aim for a GPA 3.8, but I failed in the end. Instead of my GPA increasing, it decreases instead. I got B for molecular biology and B for Human Biology. I already expected I am going to get a B for my human Biology but I did not expect a B for my molecular biology. I thought I could have gotten an A or at least a B+. My GPA was then 3.652. The only consolation was that I got a Distinction for Pharmaceutical Chemistry (meaning I am the top student this module). I was really depressed about my results. When I learnt of others’ results, I felt even more depressed. My friends on the MB side, scored like almost As for all modules, some even scored at least four distinctions. I keep asking myself why didn’t I work hard in the first place? Why didn’t I bother to go try out some pass year papers?? People console to me, saying that I did not bad and then I can worker harder for next semester. Others say results are not that important, etc. But then, it’s still a scar in my heart. I did not perform to my expectations afterall, how do you expect me to feel good?
People, if you are reading this, you probably might want to slap me as why I am brooding over my results when this results to some of you is consider good. The basic reason is personal expectations. Let say you have a GPA of 4.000. How would you feel you suddenly score a few Bs and your GPA drops?? What if you aim for a just pass but you fail?? You will feel bad because you did not meet your expectations. If you meet your expectations, no matter how much you compare to others, you will still feel good and a sense of satisfaction.
This semester I promised myself that I going to work even harder to score better and make myself feel better. But then this semester will be my hardest semester of all my three years. Four hardcore modules waiting for me there. Most of them require memorizing and some require some understanding. And I am currently tied down with five projects (damn it, I hate projects!!!). How am I going to cope it?? I going to have my first test in week 6, then another test in week 7 followed by another one in week 8 and eventually the common test week in week 9. There are so many things to be done. How the hell I going to handle them all???
I decided that I should start studying from today onwards (if possible…). Try my best to study as much as I can. Memorize as many things as possible. Instead of walking at home for hours, why not I choose to study??? My aim is of course to ace all my modules, but I know it is hard. I will give my best shot and not slack in this semester....

Reach school at one. Cause Yu Sheng wants to discuss the pharmaceutics report. But then I ended up doing my immunology tutorial.
About four, went for medical microbiology practical. Damn sianz lol. Doing some inoculation and gram stain. Already forgot how to do gram stain lol. I feel that Shereen is unhappy with me for the practical since most of the stuff was done by her.
After the practical, went to the library to use the comupter.

Went to my grandma place in the morning to use the computer. Then I went home at about one plus to have my lunch. Earlier in the morning, my mother have gone out with my uncle to another relative place to collect things like washing machine, cupboard, eating utensils (bowls, plates, etc). My mum took the eating utensils. You might think that my mother is a cheapskate person. Actually we are just trying to save some money. A lot of the things in my house used to belong to other people. My cupboard, the kitchem cupboard, the television, my study table, sofa, etc are gotten from other people. It’s quite expensive to buy them, so if nobody (relative not any other strangers) wants, my mother will just take it if it got some uses.
Especially plates. When my dad is in bad mood, he will start throwing things away. Sometimes he throws plates. So you can imagine how many plates he has thrown away. If you think plates or bowls are cheap, then you are wrong. A small bowl can actually cost up to $2. So if we were to buy them, it will cost us a lot of money.
My mother took quite a lot of stuff. Because she has taken too much stuff, she also ended throwing some away. Of course, the stuff she thrown are also others. Then I also went back to my grandma place to pass some things to my relative. As I was about to go back, it started to rain. So I ran all the way back home. Luckily my house is not far from my grandma place, if not I would probably be drenched.
Back home, I started to do my pharmaceutics report until around six plus before I went out to take a stroll around bishan lol (as usual). My dad came home at about six plus (before I went out). Luckily, he’s not in a bad mood. But then have to be careful, or else he will be agitated and we got to suffer.
One of the things that bother me today is the way Panther spoke to me through msn. Basically I am very unhappy with him now. Of course, this has not just happens once. What happens was that I just voiced out that I was very bored during the tournament and he basically started a whole string of stuff. He said I could have play rummy with other guys but I did not know how to play. I did not learn the game because I did not have a interest in it. If you are not interested in something, will you enjoy it? Of course, you wouldn’t. And he says that all excuse was lame and all some of bullshits. And he continued by saying that I should just fuck off from them.
I told him I was just playing the game for fun sake and he basically reprimanded me by saying playing Inoue was “fun”. What he wants me to do? Just use Byakuya and get thrashed by his Youruichi?? Of course I got to do something to win right? It’s a tournament afterall. So I use Inoue since I got chance winning him if I have used her. When I use Inoue, he uses Soi Fong to counter me. SO what’s the point? Isn’t he trying to win as well??
He also say what ever he has done is for us. Come on, not everybody will be interested in every stuff you introduced. You got to realize that different people have different interest.
Of course, there will also be some common interest. So what if I don’t like to use the HPG? Must he show his displeasure about it? He basically says:” There are SOME people who did not even use the thread… probably SOME did not even read it…” He must be referring to me. And then when I say I read about the thread and saying about Aheda’s comments on having a mahjong table. He says that is for rummy. Does he think that I don’t know that the table is for them to play rummy???
When a lot people don’t want to come his place, he also shows displeasure about it. It doesn’t mean that everytime you organize a session for others to come, people will come. Please people also have their own things to do or people just don’t have the mood to come your place.
Basically, I just fed up about him. One thing I learnt from today’s lesson is that NEVER voice out your own opinion to him. That’s what happens to me. I just voiced out that I feel bored in the tournament and all this stupid things started.

Saturday:Went to my grandma house to use the computer. Watch anime through youtube. Save my time downloading the anime. Then I went home at about one plus. After finishing my lunch, slack at home until about four.
At four, I went to Panther's place for B3 tournament. This tournament is to have fun among the people and promote friends' bonding. It's been a long time since I last saw Lunz. Heard he got a scholarship from the army and he wish to study economics at SMU. All the best to him. I got team up with Farp for the tag term tournament. Got kicked out lol. For the solo tourney, I also got kicked out, but not so fast. The first match I face against Zero and I won him.
The second match I fought against Panther. Quite an unhappy match. At first, I use Inoue and he purposly use Soi FOng to fight against me. I won him. Then the second round, he switch to Youruichi, but when he saw me using Inoue again, he purposely switch back to Soi FOng again. of couse, he challenge me if I dare to use Inoue again. So I carried on using Inoue. You probably see his black face. It's always like that. If someone play cheap against him, he suddenly change his mood, everything he do, if he fails, he somehow will complain. I lost then the third round, I decided to use Byakuya. Of course, he uses Youruichi against me. I know I am defintely no match against his Youruichi, but then I decided not to change character like what he did. If I did, I am just bascially like him. Of course, in the end I lost.
This tourney is somehow a bit boring. Cause there is not much playing except playing. I cannot surf the net since Panther has banned excess the net during the tourney. Stupid right?? Don't know what's wrong with his mind. The worst match was when Fabian fought against Yu Jie. The entire match took up 18 min. Imagine I was doing nothing except watching?? Zero and other guys were probably bored. SO they decided to play rummy.
The person I pity most was Lunz. He knows nothing about the game. All he do is just sit there and wacth. But luckily, he brought his Nintendo DS along and he can play it. Jovian and Yu Jie won the tag team while Jovian won the solo tourney. COngrats to them. As this tells, Jovian is the biggest winner of the day. It seems that the whole tourney ended late since Jovian was online quite late.
At about eight, I left since I couldn' t stay any longer. Go to my grandma place to have my dinner then use Dennis's computer to watch Death Note anime (again Youtube lol).
Reach home at about eleven. Saw that the bedroom windows are all opened. Usually on the lower half window panels are opened, the upper half are closed. If all the window panels are opened, it probably shows that my father is not in a good mood. Whenever he is not in a good mood, he will opened all the window panels. Anyway, I have already gotten used to it lol.
Slept at about twelve...

Reach school at nine for my immunology practical. Did ELISA for my immunology practical. DAmn boring lol. Keep washing with the various solutions. Then at eleven went for pharmaceutics practical.
Quite an unhappy practical session for pharmaceutics. Basically, there were not enough appartus for the experiment like springe, beaker, magnetic stirrer, etc. So Mr Tan went to help us look for the appartus. Then we need to draw out sample of 0.2 ml but then, using the springe was harder. So I ask whether I can use the pipette to draw out since it was more easier. Then we went to the various lab to get the pipette and the pipette tips without asking for permission. When the lab tech found it, she was very angry. And there's where the battle between the lab tech and Mr Tan starts. Basically, the lab tech told Mr Tan that he cannot take things and Mr Tan say that he couldn't find the lab tech. Then he continued by saying the lab tech should be available at times but then the lab tech say she will try to do it as she also have other works tro do. The way Mr Tan was saying as like a superior giving orders to a employee. Then the lab tech was very angry. I did not know what Jian YUan wanted to do. As he pass behind the back of the lab tech, she shouted at him asking not to go other labs and take things. You could really tell she was very angry.
I know that it was my fault as I should not have suggested taking the pipette from other labs. I was feeling bad about it. After the lab tech went off, Mr Tan ask me to immediately return those pipettes and the pipette tips. I can probably sense he was unhappy with me already. Probably because he got say by the lab tech and it was not his fault that we took the pipettes. The fuuny part is that when we are taking the apparatus, the deputy director, Dr Lione Lau was just around. I hope that Mr Tan will not get a lecture from Dr lionel Lau lol.
And then earlier before the lab starts, I ask him whether I could write something on the board about how to do referencing for the immunology lab report since a lot of people unclear about it. He gave me the permission to write it. But then it seems that he wanted to start lesson but I was still writing (not very long, quite short). I think he was also unhappy about it. Maybe he thinks that I am a bit disrepectful.
And then, our group experiment fails. Don't know what happen. Quite a unhappy practical session.
After the practical, went for clinical trials lecture. As usual, the lecture was live with very good class participation. I feel Miss Cherine Tan is quite a good lecturer. She's able to make a dry and boring lecture like clinical trials into a live lecture and make the students "enthusatic" about the lecture.
After the lecture, went to have my lunch. Then I submit the tutorial to Miss Yong and then went home with ziYi. Went to the look at the pasar malam. AS usual, the pasar malam always look the same. Sell the same things, etc. I wonder why they always like to set up their business around this period of time, the raining period. Don't they feel that the rain will affect their business??
Reach home, eat before heading to Bugis. Lost to this don't know what player who keep scrubing the same move over and over again. Then I heard from Raymus that a lot of players have already leave the gg scene. A bit sad for the gg community.
Took mrt back with Raymus and Jovian. Then we went to mac to eat something (as usual,, I did not order anything). Chat about what they want to do after their 'O' Levels. Then we suggest accounting to Jovian.
Then reach home at about eleven plus. Saw my father back in good mood after going out. At least a bit glad. I do not have to suffer the endless noise. When he is in bad mood and he reaches home back, he probably switch on the TV and adjust to a volume he can hear. It's a bit high and it always disturbs my mother and my sleep. At least i don't have to endure this night.

Reach school at nine for medical microbiology lecture. Sometimes, I wonder whether I should learn Microbiology. If you attend medical microbiology lecture, you will learnt how deadly some bacteria can be and they can easily transmit into your body. Once they reach inside, they probably release toxin and damage body and some damage might probably require amputation. That made me feel so afraid lol...
After the medical microbiology lecture, I have another lecture of immunology immediately. After that, I head to ELP to use the computer to do my immunology report. I actually thought that SHereen had already finished the report, but then she feels that is too little and want me to add on. SO I write more lol. Then I found out something, the current new pc in ELP cannot print papers for free (they probably realize it the last time and switch it off). But the old pcs can still print things for free. Hehe... So I got another source of printing things for free. I probably know the reason why the old computers can still print stuff for free. Nobody bothers to use the old computers when there are new computers around. SO the ELP staff will not go and switch the free printing off (and of course, they probably do not realize that the old computer can still print things for free).
After that, I head to south canteen to have my lunch. After I finish, I head for pharmaceutics lecture. As usual, the lecture is as boring as possible (since it is delivered by Mr Tan Khoo Bin). During the five minutes break, Yu Sheng and I went the level six toilent. I actuall met onto three lecturers that have taught me before. I was about the enter the lift and then I bumped onto Miss Karen Ho. Then I enter the lift without realizing that it was going up. Then Mrs Sharley Abraham (my communication skills lecturer) enter. Then the lift went back to level 6 and Dr Lim (my Organic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry lecturer) enters. Lol. It seems that Dr Lim has already forgotten me. SHe ask me, :"Are you in my class?" Then I answer yes. But I thought she was referring whether I am in the drug development class. I think the next time I see her again, I say hi and if she ask the same question again, I probably tell her I was in her pharmaceutical chemistry class and I am in the PCT track.
After the boring lecture, I head for my skills practical. Level 7 was damn crowded with people. About five classes was having practical. Then our usual lab was occupied by another class and we got to shift to another lab (Q710). Then MB0503 also seems to be wondering where their practical are held since there was so much confusion about which lab they were suppose to go.
The practical was quite ok except for preparaing the Arachis Oil emulsion. Need to use a lot of strength lol. Poor SHereen. She actually got to do the preparations of Arachis Oil Emulsion for three times. The first time she fails, the second time the paste was not smooth and finally, the third she succeed. Yay!!! After the practical, I helped Miss ANg to carry the exercise book and the preparations to her room. I wonder what should I do with the preparations that I have made the last two weeks since it was marked and returned to me. Sell it since they are medicine?? Haha... If someone suffers any problem, I be in trouble...
Head to the library to use the computer. I did not use the computer for personal use since int eh morning I use it to do my report.
I left school at about seven fifty. Reach home at about eight twenty. Glad to see that my father is back in good mood again. But I know that this will be very short. Probably after tomorrow night, he’s probably in bad mood again. It’s always like that. Good mood then turn to bad mood and then good mood again. What a silly cycle it is.

Reach school at nine for Immunology lecture. Today's immunlogy lecture is delivered by Michael. It's been a long time since he last taught me. After the lecture, I head to ELP to use the computer for a while before going to Block Q level to find Yu Sheng and guys. Then chat with them until twelve plus before going for lunch. Talk about stuff like our future and pay, etc. Then show Soon Aik how much one can earn if he goes into the teaching profession with a diploma. You can probably see the dollar sign in Soon Aik's eye.
After lunch, went for pharmacology lecture. The first half of the lecture was delivered by Miss Yong while the second half was taken by Mr Tan. As usual, his lecture is boring and he will always deliver the lecture to the very last min of the schdule time. Can't think I am going to study about antimicrobial drugs for the don't know how lectures and it is goona be deliver by Mr Tan. Please save me from the boredom...
After the pharmacology lecture, head to the auditorium for NE talk on security seminar. Saw Jian ZHi and Wen Gan as well. This seminar is basically telling people about NS, what is it, what you going to do and the future. Also talks about why NS is important. Whether it is coincidence or not, two of the speakers were once from NYP. One of them is an ex-lecturer in the School of Health Sciences while the other is an graduate of NYP. Forgot to add, both of them are male and the other speaker is a lady. It's like a dicussion panel rather than presentation.
After the talk, I went to the library to use the computer (again lol).
At about seven plus, went home. Then on the way to the MRt station, saw Dr Lim with Cindy SOh and Aldeline CHua. Quietly walk behind them...
